Christina Frenzel
Individual and Couples Therapy
My Approach
I specialize in treating individuals, couples, and families affected by chronic illness, neurodivergence, and relationship issues.
My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, client-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity affirming. My style is warm, nurturing, collaborative , and non-judgmental.
There’s no one-size-fits-all model for treatment; I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to every client’s unique and individual needs. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I hope to support you in growing a deeper sense of clarity, creativity, awareness, connection, confidence, fulfillment, and purpose in your life.

About Me
I have a background in storytelling across many fields, including documentary filmmaking related to social justice issues, which has guided me to become a therapist.
Having worked in the entertainment industry and then tech, I understand the particular challenges and pressures in these environments.
Knowing the power that telling stories can have to foster healing, I bring curiosity and compassion to my practice, and welcome all walks of life.
My hope is to support you in sharing your story as a catalyst to understand the themes that may be hindering your progress, so that you can live an empowered life aligned with your greatest values and true self.
